- Children of all ages are welcome.
- Children 7 years and older will be charged as adults.
- All cots and extra beds are subject to availability.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking is prohibited, but we do have smoking areas.
- Guests must be quiet between 23:00 and 08:00.

These terms and conditions govern your use of – montebelo.bg, hereinafter referred to as “the website”.

Intellectual property
1.1. All intellectual property rights in respect of the information resources and content of the Website are exercised by the Operator. The same are protected by the Copyright and Related Rights Act and any use of content from the Website without the Operator’s consent is a violation of the law, which may result in civil, administrative or criminal liability.
1.2. In the event of copying or reproduction of information outside the permissible scope, as well as in the event of any other infringement of intellectual property rights on the Operator’s resources, the Operator shall be entitled to claim compensation for the damages suffered.
Limitation of liability
2.1. The Operator takes the necessary measures to keep the content of the Website up to date, but is not responsible for the actual timeliness of the same.
