Rules of internal order

Highlights:
  • Check-in — from 2 p.m.
  • Check-out — by 11.00 a.m.
  • Children of all ages are welcome.
  • Children 7 years and older will be charged as adults.
  • All cots and extra beds are subject to availability.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Smoking is prohibited, but we do have smoking areas.
  • Guests must be quiet between 23:00 and 08:00.
Montebelo Villas Policies
Welcome to Montebelo Villas, created for you, with the idea of enjoying them and providing blissful moments of relaxation in nature. We are on a mission to ensure a pleasant and safe stay for all guests.

Our guiding service is to offer a complete holiday experience, so we have created the rules described below, which are automatically deemed accepted by everyone staying on the premises and compliance with which is mandatory, without right of challenge.

I. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

1. Upon check-in at Montebelo Villas, guests are required to fill in a registration form, which includes personal details of all persons who will be staying at the property, and to show a valid ID.
  • By providing personal data, they consent to the use of that data (General Data Protection Regulation - GDPR) by the company in order to complete the registration.
  • All personal data collected is confidential and will under no circumstances be disseminated and/or used by us and/or provided to third parties other than government institutions and only if they have a legal basis to do so.
2. Accommodation fees are stated in the current price list of the complex and are due in full before check-in. Payment is possible by:
  • bank card;
  • in cash (in local currency BGN);
  • bank transfer when advance payment is required.
For bank payments, please use the following details:

3. Check-in at Montebelo Villas takes place during opening hours from 09:00 to 18:00. For accommodation outside these hours, prior arrangement with reception staff is required.
  • Check in from 2 pm;
  • Dismissal by 11 a.m. unless otherwise arranged.
  • Montebelo Villas can provide early check-in, by prior arrangement only, and in accordance with the occupancy of the villas.
  • Stays after the designated check-out time are only possible upon prior arrangement with reception and at an additional cost. Extended stays beyond the check-out time will be charged 50% of the room rate, according to the current price list. If leaving the property after 18:00, the full overnight stay will be charged.
4. If after the deadline for stay, your villa is not vacated and we fail to contact the registered person within 24 hours this is considered a violation of the regulations and a threat to the security of the complex. In this case we reserve the right to collect your personal belongings and store them for up to seven days.
  • Montebelo Villas is not responsible for any damages or shortages caused during the removal of your belongings.

II. RULES OF STAY

1. It is required that all minors (under 18 years of age) be accompanied by a parent or guardian during their entire stay at Montebelo Villas. The staff is not responsible for the actions, life or health of its guests.
2. During the stay, the number of guests (adults and children) must not exceed the number of beds indicated on the booking confirmation, unless otherwise agreed with a representative of Montebelo Villas.
  • Persons staying in the complex without a valid registration are in violation of the regulations.
  • For other persons to join a reservation, it is necessary to inform the reception and make a registration.
3. Pets are not allowed on the territory of Montebelo Villa.
4. It is absolutely forbidden:
  • parking of vehicles on green areas and in places other than those designated for parking;
  • guests of the complex to accommodate/allow outsiders in their rented premises, as well as allow such persons to use the common areas of the complex. However, if such cases are detected, Montebelo Villas' representatives, or licensed security companies hired by them, have the right to remove such persons, as well as to suspend the stay of the guests of the complex who commit this violation. In this case, Montebelo Villas shall not owe any compensation and no balance of the guests' stay shall be refunded.
  • the use of sound systems and musical instruments is prohibited.
5. The use of the common areas - swimming pool, summer/winter kitchens, barbecue, sauna/steam bath, meeting room, party area, parking, playground by the guests of the complex is the responsibility of the guests themselves, and they are also responsible for the underage guests who are part of their reservation.

III. PROHIBITION OF NOISY EVENTS AND ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES

1. Montebelo Villas is a family oriented holiday complex. Our guests enjoy the peace and tranquillity close to nature.
  • We place the highest importance on the right of every visitor to enjoy a relaxing holiday, so please note that we are not a place for noisy parties.
2. The use of sound systems and musical instruments is prohibited. Visitors who do not respect their neighbors and disregard the established rules will be warned.
  • In the event of a need for a second remark, their stay in the complex may be prematurely terminated.
3. The hours between 14:00-16:00 and 23:00 - 08:00 are accepted as rest periods and any noise should be kept to a minimum.
  • At all other times, the noise you generate should not disturb other visitors to the complex.
  • We love fun too, but please keep the comfort of the other guests in mind - don't impose your style of fun on the others!

IV. PROPERTY USE, SAFETY AND PERSONAL LIABILITY

  • 1. Illegal or immoral activities, including gambling, prostitution, drug use, possession or use of dangerous goods, pyrotechnics, and weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited. Any guest or visitor who violates the rule or demonstrates unbecoming behavior will be asked to leave the confines of Montebelo Villas immediately without compensation or refund. If necessary, law enforcement authorities will be informed.
  • 2. Guests assume all responsibility in cases of breach of public order and report to the relevant institutions. Any penalties, fines, tickets and other punishments imposed by the law enforcement authorities in accordance with Bulgarian law shall be borne by the guests.
  • 3. During the rental period, the reservation holder who booked the nights in a villa/apartment or room at Montebelo Villas is fully responsible for the behavior of the accompanying persons in the villa/apartment or room and the surrounding area.
  • 4. The swimming pool provided to guests at Montebelo Villas is a non-guarded area - its use is entirely the personal responsibility of the guests. Please take care of your children and your own safety while using the water facility.
  • 5. A common barbecue area is available for guests, and we ask that the barbecue be used in strict compliance with safety regulations. Guests are fully responsible if a fire occurs due to negligence or deliberate action.
  • 6. Keep all common areas clean and with others in mind! The disposal of cigarette butts and other waste on the ground is forbidden - there are trash bins everywhere for this purpose.
  • 7. Smoking is not allowed in the indoor common areas or in the interior space of the rented villas/rooms/apartment. For your convenience, ashtrays are provided on all terraces and outdoor common areas. If this policy is breached, a fine of £100 will be levied for cleaning and odour removal.
  • 8. Guests have a duty to treat the property of Montebelo Villas with the care of a good steward. In the event of unacceptable loss or damage at any time during the rental period, the manager or his representative may require guests to leave the villa without compensation or refund of the amount paid for the stay.
  • 9. Any damages caused by guests or items found missing from the complex's inventory will be charged at their current market value.
  • 10. Guests are responsible for the property during the rental period and ensure that all windows and doors are locked when they are absent. Any act or omission of the guest(s) and their companions and/or visitors which may result in loss or damage to valuables and property is the responsibility of the client(s).

V. THE MONTEBELO VILLAS TEAM ACCEPTS NO LIABILITY IN THE FOLLOWING CASES

  • 1. Physical injury, illness, death, and any consequences arising from the actions of guests.
  • 2. Loss of or damage to property owned by guests. Clients are fully responsible for all valuables and property owned, brought and used by them on the Montebelo Villas premises.
  • 3. We are not responsible for and will not refund any overnight stays due to power or water supply failure for reasons beyond our control. The same applies in case of force majeure (force majeure) during the stay - natural or natural disasters (torrential rain, floods, snow, blizzards, hail, earthquakes, landslides, extreme high or low temperatures, etc.); fire, industrial accidents; wars, government bans, terrorist attacks, embargoes, strikes, etc.
  • 4. Montebelo Villas offers its visitors a wireless internet connection (Wi-Fi), but due to factors beyond our control we cannot guarantee the maintenance of a certain speed or uninterrupted access to the service.
  • 5. Guests are required to be careful and considerate throughout their stay at Montebelo Villas especially those staying with children. In the interest of safety, adequate supervision must be exercised around the walkways, stairwells, pool and when using all facilities on and off the premises.

VI. JALBY

Dear guests, our guiding mission is to provide you with a pleasant stay. If you encounter any problems or notice any irregularities during your stay with us, please notify the complex manager in a timely manner:
  • via email - montebelovillas@abv.bg;
  • by phone;
  • or address the matter to the shift staff.
Visitors can enter their comments and recommendations in the praise and complaints book located in the office of the complex.
  • Guests are encouraged to report problems while on site so that their complaint can be upheld.
  • If no complaints are received during the rental period, we assume that guests are satisfied with their stay.
