Overview

Montebelo Residence offers beautiful modern accommodation, a banquet hall with veranda to dine up to 55 guests (and additional 25 guest during the summer) and a downstairs hidden club with music system setup and dance area. It also features a practical BBQ area and offers gated parking.

Montebelo Residence includes 4 bedrooms all with ensuites – 3 bedrooms with own terraces and 1 bedroom with a studio kitchen. The bedrooms are all located on the top floor all with forest views.

Bedroom 1 – featuring 1 double and 1 single beds, 40″ LCD TV, mini fridge, a kettle, heating, bedding, towels, ensuite with shower equipped with free toiletries (shampoo, body wash, hand soap), private terrace with seating.

Bedroom 2 – featuring 1 double and 1 single beds, 40″ LCD TV, mini fridge, a kettle, heating, bedding, towels, ensuite with shower equipped with free toiletries (shampoo, body wash, hand soap), private terrace with seating.

Apartment (includes 2 sections) – featuring 1 king bed, bedside lamps for reading, 42″ LCD TV, decorative fireplace, 1 leather sofa bed, 32″ LCD TV, mini fridge, a kettle, heating, bedding, towels, ensuite with bath with overhead shower equipped with free toiletries (shampoo, body wash, hand soap), private terrace with seating.

Studio – featuring 1 double bed and 1 single sofa bed, 40″ LCD TV, fully equipped kitchenette (microwave, kettle, oven, hob, extractor, fridge, sink, dinnerware, dishwasher, washing machine), extendable dining table, wardrobe, heating, bedding, towels, ensuite with shower equipped with free toiletries (shampoo, body wash, hand soap).

Each room has the pleasure of using the garden and outdoor BBQ facilities, which includes access to a ground floor kitchenette situated right next to the area for your convenience.

There is an iron, ironing board and hair dryer available.

Restaurant

This traditional styled banquet hall has dining table and chairs to accommodate 55 guests inside. The hall includes 40″ LCD TV and sound system.

It is absolutely perfect for those who wish to dine more privately for a large number of guests. It is great for celebrations and events, family gatherings or even business functions.

There is access to a modern kitchen with appliances ready to use. This includes: one microwave, a 60sm oven, a two-ring hob, an extractor, large double sink, fridge/freezer, grill, fryer, coffee machine, a kettle and large preparation areas. The kitchen also has a useful seating area and easy outdoor access (eg. for catering).

The restaurant is for self use and food preparation.

Bar

Enjoy your party in a complete privacy where you are free to customize how you wish and be in control of your own music to make your event personal and to create an unforgettable experience.

This traditional styled bar includes two large leather seating booths, leather high bar chairs and tables and platform seating for those who wish to stay close to the bar. The bar is fit with a sink and two refrigerated showcases. Behind the bar there is a fully functional sound system, disco lighting and karaoke set up. The bar seats around 30 guests.

Fun Room

This interesting mezzanine is open for our guests to enjoy. On the upper level, you can find a pool table and a football table. On the lower level, but centralised, there is a 50” TV together with surround sound speakers to truly create a cinematic atmosphere. The room is filled with quirky furnishings from musical instrument decorated walls to the bespoke handcrafted checkers and chess games table. Make yourself comfortable on the many different sofas which frame most of the lower level for maximum comfort. Be entertained by the board games provided or simply use this space to curl up with a nice warm drink and get cosy.

There is a large private parking area and free Wifi available in Montebelo Residence grounds.
