Highlights:

Check-in — from 2 p.m.
Check-out — by 11.00 a.m.
Children of all ages are welcome.
Children 7 years and older will be charged as adults.
All cots and extra beds are subject to availability.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is prohibited, but we do have smoking areas.
Guests must be quiet between 23:00 and 08:00.

Check-in policies at Montebelo Villas

I. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Any confirmed booking and stay at Montebelo Villas is taken as acceptance of our general booking terms and conditions set out below.

1. The data provided by you are protected in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PAPA) and the normative acts regulating the protection of information and are processed only in connection with the implementation of the established requirements of the Tourism Act. The information provided by the user will be used solely in connection with his reservation and will not be provided for any other purpose.
2. Changes in the prices regarding the offered services and the conditions for their use are possible at any time. The price at which a reservation is confirmed is final and is not affected by possible changes to the price list.
3. You may receive information on current prices and current promotional policieshere, as well as upon request. These are also published on the booking platforms we work with.
4. In the case of discounts announced by Montebelo Villas and upon fulfillment of the conditions attached to them, guests have the right to benefit from only one offer - the one with a greater value of the discount.
5. All minors (under 18 years of age) must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during their entire stay in the complex. Any booking made by or for minors unaccompanied by an adult will be automatically cancelled.
6. Montebelo Villas reserves the right to deny access to individuals or groups who have violated the rules of the complex during their previous visit.

II. DEPOSIT AND RESERVATION ACCEPTANCE

1. To make a reservation it is necessary:

to choose a specific object: forest house/ apartment and/or room;
to indicate your desired dates of stay and number of adults + children;
to provide the following personal data: name, address, telephone and e-mail;
to familiarize yourself with the general catches (reference) for renting and using a site at Montebelo Villas.

2. The valid methods for accepting a reservation by Montebelo Villas are the following:

* The inquiry form is only a booking request and there is no commitment on your part or on the part of the complex.

3. Your reservation is considered confirmed after confirmation of availability by us and partial payment by you within 3 working days after the date of request.

4. The part to be paid is as follows:

when booking for 1 night - 100% payment by bank transfer;
when booking from 2 to 5 nights - 50% of the total amount, or the amount of 1/2 nights for each object and payment by bank transfer or by agreement;
when booking more than 5 nights - partial payment of 25% of the total amount, paid by bank transfer or by agreement;
for group bookings (rental of 3+ objects) – partial payment of the value of the first night for each object, or by agreement;

5. Partial payment must be made and received within 3 working days of the booking request, after which you will receive confirmation from us. Otherwise, Montebelo Villas reserves the right to cancel the booking request. All bank transfers are at your expense.

6. Partial payment counts towards your final stay amount. Additional payment of the remaining part of the agreed price of overnight stays is due on the spot, on the day of your check-in. All announced rates and payments must be in Bulgarian leva (BGN) and can be paid in cash, by debit/credit card or by bank transfer.

III. TERMS OF CANCELLATION AND RESERVATION CHANGES

If the guest wishes to make a change to the dates of stay or to cancel the entire confirmed reservation, it is necessary to notify Montebelo Villas by e-mail montebelovillas@abv.bg or by phone. If it is necessary to change a valid reservation, the following conditions apply:

Cancellation/cancellation of a reservation made by the guests

1. In case of cancellation of your reservation, the deposit is refunded upon request and in full, only when the cancellation request is made up to 3 days before the check-in date.
2. In case of notification of cancellation of the reservation in a period shorter than 3 days before the agreed date of arrival, a penalty is due in the amount of the entire amount of the deposit.
3. Requests to move reservation dates are possible up to 3 days before the originally requested arrival date, and are processed according to the possibility of changing the stay, which is not guaranteed.
4. Montebelo Villas withholds the full amount of the advance payment when the guest does not show up for their reservation and does not take the necessary steps to notify the resort reception. In this case, the seat reserved by you will not be kept and will be released.
5. In the event of cancellation or reduction of the number of nights after check-in or during the stay, you will be charged 50% of the price for the days you indicated but did not use.
It is recommended that all members of the group (if any) be notified of any changes or cancellations made by the booking representative.

Cancellation/cancellation of a reservation made by Montebelo Villas

Due to unforeseen circumstances, Montebelo Villas may have to cancel a confirmed reservation. In such a case, we have the obligation to notify the person who made the reservation by phone or in writing by e-mail, undertaking to provide and discuss the following options:

1. To propose a change of reservation dates;
2. To return the amount paid in advance in full;
3. To provide the same or higher class accommodation in the area with the difference in payment being at the expense of Montebelo Villas.
It is recommended that all members of the group (if any) are notified of any changes or cancellations made by the booking representative.

IV. ACCOMMODATION AND RELEASE

1. Check-in and check-out times at Montebelo Villas are as follows:

2. Montebelo Villas offers the possibility of early check-in and late check-out only after prior arrangement and according to the occupancy of the complex. When extending the stay after the established departure time, a payment of 50% of the overnight stay is required, and for departure after 6:00 p.m. a full night's fee is payable.

3. Check-in takes place between 09:00-18:00. For check-in outside these hours, prior arrangement is required.

4. In order to optimize your accommodation, it is recommended that you inform the Montebelo Villas team about changing the schedule for your stay.

5. Your requests for preferences of specific or neighboring sites/villa, apartment, room/ will be considered as far as possible, but we have no practice of guaranteeing such and this cannot be treated as a condition of booking.
